Are services available to residential customers?

Initially services are available to business customers only, however as the network develops we expect to be able to serve other customers via a range of technologies.

How soon will it be possible to order services?

The network will become accesible in December in some locations with the rest coming on stream shortly afterwards. As there will be a lead time to service delivery you should express your interest now so that we can talk to you about your requirements. Should we have a product that suits you we can conduct a site survey and get a provisional installation date set.

Is access only available to the business parks in North Wales?

It is true that the business parks are the best served at launch as there is a Point Of Prescence located at each one, however the network will extend beyond there via Microwave links and via SHDS services, and there is even the ability to break out along the network route in some cases. Over time we expect that the network will extend it's reach into the local towns and cities and so will become accesible to all.
